Building a resume is a skill that's honed over many years of experience (on both sides of the interview table). Our recruiters are both, recruiters and resume architects. We do this daily. Rewriting various resumes from different industries and environments, is definitely a skill. One must know what the hiring manager is seeking and what skillset sets one candidate apart from the next. Not all resumes are created the same, similar to candidates. A customized resume is one that matches the candidates skillset and also addresses the hiring managers needs.
